There’s an oil for that

I can honestly say that I will never not be without essential oils again!

They are oils from the plant, distilled using steam or a cold-press process, allowing the therapeutic benefit of each essential oil to be maintained in each batch.

Since ancient times, essential oils have been used to support and aid the health and well-being of human beings.

Molecules in the oils mimic the molecules our body uses to repair itself.

How to use them:

With Young Living each bottle comes with specific instructions and dosage amounts for the product.

Aromatically:

Inhale: either directly from an open bottle or rub a drop between your palms and inhale.

Diffuse: Diffuse your favorite essential oils in one of the diffusers that comes in your Basic Starter Kit allowing the whole room to reap the benefits.

Topically:

Always follow label’s instructions.

Neat: Some oils are safe and beneficial to use directly on skin. Place 2-3 drops onto desired area and massage. Did you know that your feet have over 2,000 pores and are one of the most recommended areas of the body to place oils to reach the entire body quickly.

Dilute: Some oils need a carrier oil (any pure vegetable oil). My favorite is coconut oil because it’s always around our house, but can also use Avocado, Almond, etc.

Bath water: Add a few drops to a bowl of Epsom salts and dissolve in water. I don’t recommend applying directly into the water as oil and water repel and you may not receive all the benefits of the aromatherapy.

Internally:

Young Living has done extensive label changes to become FDA compliant with taking these oils internally. I would not recommend internal consumption from any company which you have not extensively researched. The new labels young living now are white labels to make them easily distinguishable and labeled under the “Vitality” name.

In Capsule: Place several drops into a gelatin capsule and swallow with water.

In liquid: add favorite oil to a glass of water or juice. My favorites are Lemon and Grapefruit.

In Food: Add 1-2 drops of oil to meals when cooking. No need to buy fresh oregano or basil when you have an oil on hand. Add a citrus to salsa or to mix up your water flavors.

Directly in mouth: Put a drop of Peppermint Vitality on your tongue for an instant breath freshener. Add a drop of

Thieves® Vitality on your tongue for immune support.
